Right of Withdrawal
If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. This applies both to one-off purchases of digital services and to the conclusion of a Subscription, to the extent that you have a statutory right of withdrawal. by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. If you requested that the performance of services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you inform us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the services provided for in the contract.
